With regard to the question of Contractual Claims, this of course is a specialised area and once again there are many instances when building firms would be entitled to substantive recovery on the contracts but due to lack of ability to explain and quantify their dispute, inevitably the moment is lost and further slippage occurs in relation to cost control.
